Gordon Ramsay’s Chicken with Morrell Mushroom Sauce

Oh my, this recipe looks divine! It also looks like it’s pretty darn expensive :) . Make sure you have a few pots and skillets before attempting this. You’ll also need a sieve.

I’ll update this post as soon as I get a chance with written instructions, measurements, and everything else, but in the mean time check out the video!

    This recipe is AWESOME. Download the recipe and serve with the potato and pancetta – DIVINE. Morels are CRAZY EXPENSIVE so I used Shitake mushrooms instead – slightly different flavour, but makes the recipe just as good – this recipe gets 5+ stars…give yourself more time than you think you need for the mushroom sauce.

    This recipe makes you look like a hero to whomever you are cooking for!

    I wish more people would write sites like this that are actually helpful to read. With all the garbage floating around on the net, it is a great change of pace to read a site like yours instead.

    I love love love this recipe. I make it at least once a month. I use oyster mushrooms, waaayyyy good.
